The Faces Behind Loaf Support

Hi! We're Veronica and Daniel, the faces behind Loaf Support.

Our journey began in 2018 with a little friendly rivalry. We each had our own secret recipe for pumpkin bread and decided to hold a competition to see whose was better.

That competition sparked a passion for baking that led us to tackle the perfect banana bread. It took a lot of trial, error, and an impressive amount of mashed bananas, but we eventually perfected a recipe that is incredibly moist and delicious.

We started out baking once a week on Sundays, offering our loaves at a local business in San Marcos, Texas. The response was overwhelming; we were often selling out by the next day! To keep up with the excitement and word-of-mouth, we transitioned from weekly bakes to baking every other day.

We wanted to make the kind of loaf people bring home “for later” and somehow finish before dinner.
